Seriously! Are you waiting for a sign to tell you to get moving? Here's the deal. We have over 70 people already committed to starting Focus 25 on July 8th. Don't be left out. You can be a part of this!
10 weeks. It will be intense. You will work out 25 minutes, 5 days a week! You will drink shakeology. You will eat clean!! You will get to your goal!! You will look great! Better---you WILL feel great!!
Don't sit this one out, people are excited for this program (dang, it crashed the team beachbody site all day Monday from people trying to order!)
Do it!! There are so many of us in this group. You will have so much support and motivation!!! Just do it.
You can either sit back and watch or get in and get in shape. Everything that you do, everything that you are resulted from your choices. Here's a big one. Are you ready?
